TECHNICAL SUB COMMITTEE OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING COMMITTEE

The Technical sub committee of the Spatial Planning Committee had their 4th sitting of the year to ensure that there is an orderly development within the municipality. This was done by vetting and recommending development applications received by the Physical Planning Department to the Spatial Planning Committee for approval. Site inspections are carried to ensure compliance in planning regulations and safety requirements.
Amongst the mandate and as part of the discussion is to recommend ways to ensure orderly development.
