How to Apply

Apply through a letter (on letterhead) to Municipal Director of Social Welfare and county Development.

Processing Procedure

  1. Officers from Department of Social Development inspect the facility/structure for proposed day-care center with emphasis on;
    1. Building/Development Permit
    2. Location of structure/facility
  • Space for Car parking
  1. Sanitation facilities
  2. Availability of manpower etc.
  1. If the applicant meets the required standard, the application is forwarded to National Director of Social Welfare Department for certification through the Regional office.
  2. Certificate is issued after one (1) month of submission of application subject to timely fulfillment of all requirements.
